I recently fulfilled my duty as co-executor of my parents’ will, which included the sale of a house in Welland. After randomly contacting Carrie and two other realtors from different agencies in the Niagara Region for appraisals on the house, I had no hesitation in choosing Carrie to represent us for the sale.
Right from my initial phone conversation with Carrie, she presented herself as personable, knowledgeable, and confident. She proved to be so much more as she guided me through the entire process.
Unfortunately, there were some family obstacles encountered when putting the house on the market. Carrie’s professionalism was always clearly evident, and she demonstrated great patience and understanding throughout. She was always approachable for any question or concern I had and consistently updated me with any new developments, no matter how small or big.
I can easily say that she went above and beyond every step of the way. Since I was unable to be in Welland, Carrie stepped up on more than one occasion to help fulfill requirements and meet deadlines, such as sorting out discrepancies with the land registry and ensuring that a water meter inspection was completed in a timely manner.
Her vast experience enabled her to market the house appropriately, comparing it with others in the area, which resulted in a fair and firm offer with a quick closing.
I am extremely satisfied with the work Carrie did and would happily recommend her to others!
I’m only sorry that I don’t live in the Niagara Region, as I’m sure Carrie and I could easily get together for a meal or a drink. She’s an awesome realtor and a great person to work with. I’m glad our paths crossed.
